Lacked Intolerance

By Vander

I touch on this pretty often,

But the fact we exist at all is wild to me;

They say it’s even borderline impossible.

That in itself just take away from

Anything sociological.

Ya know, things like sports and politics, hospitals; really

Anywhere in which humans can become an obstacle.

Because value is subjective to the observer,

So it’s purely optical.

The whole foundation has been to make up its worth and then

Rub it in like it’s topical.

Foundation, makeup –

Rub it in like it’s topical.

But look, if your mind’s stuck on the surface level,

Then you won’t find this topic cool.

Think of it like gravity,

How the masses move to a point of pressure.

From any kind of influence or type of pleasure.

And with these forces they’ve coined a necessity

Of divine measure.

Where a sense of urgency defines treasure;

It is currency, and the resources that manage it.

This goes back to when I spoke about value,

There’s lots of hands in it.

‘Cause they took the laws of nature

And then rewrote the manuscript;

But they misquoted and damaged it,

Because man has stripped it.

Now it’s like humans are the true source of life.

That’s why all these different governments try to force compliance.

So they put us in a box,

And made us pledge allegiance to borderlines

But, I think that’s a false alliance.

Especially with these recent revelations;

What does one even consider democracy?

Jefferey Epstein’s only a small glimpse of the mockeries,

It goes deeper than Socrates.

Now it’s become the collective interest of just a few,

Instead of us, obviously.

They view our abundance,

With self indulgence; it’s their core philosophy.

And profits seem to be the catalyst

To produce and accomplish things.

Or to influence policy despite its usage

And who it’s impoverishing.

They’re intruding sovereignty subtly, honestly

Why even brand us land of the free?

Could be a ruse, possibly.

I mean, most commodities disrupt and abuse privacy.

But it’s like we’re choosing hypocrisy,

If you’re asking me,

Didn’t we start a revolution over a tax on tea?

We started a revolution over a tax on tea!

It was two percent, actually.

But now it seems we lack those intolerances,

So while they skim the whole process,

We’re getting milked, and it’s passively.

And I don’t know what’s to come of our

Future if it’s to continue happening.

‘Cause if it were a democracy,

There would be no censorship.

Not of the context or the signal.

Activism wouldn’t be so … consequential.

No corporate lobbyists could buy up our potential.

Trading their bias for our credentials.

They don’t want us to be unified,

So they can decide what’s essential,

But we should all have some stake in it.

How many of y’all have heard about Operation Paperclip?

After the Second World War

They brought nazis to work for us,

But the knowledge was blanketed.

There’s lots of cover-ups I could explain, but it’d

Take too long to display.

Democracy’s been corrupted in an ominous way.

And what’s crazy is,

Amongst the people that’s pretty common to say.

But that’s my point! We’re accustomed to it,

And that’s not a mistake.

We’re desensitized and distracted on a constant basis.

They do it right in our face, and I think it’s about time

For some conversations.

‘Cause this democracy does not support the population.
